Participating in planning and scheduling site activities to ensure completion of the project within the time and budgetary parameters and for optimizing resource utilization.
Preparing technical specifications including network parameters, resource & task scheduling, resource deployment and team meetings for reviewing progress of the project.
Identifying & developing vendors for all infrastructure requirements during rollout.

Ensuring compliance of quality procedures as per standards.
Preparing BOM for individual sites, formulating new systems & processes for improving efficiency.
Implementing plans for enhancing employee satisfaction.
